Bäckerei Harms GmbH in Lüneburg is looking for apprentices as bakers and teaches the craft from the ground up in the bakery in Wittorf. The apprenticeship covers all areas of the bakery and prepares trainees for the examinations; optionally, an Erasmus stay abroad of 4–8 weeks in partner bakeries is included. Benefits include above-tariff pay, in-house lessons, help with the digital training record book, dedicated trainers, and after passing the exam and remaining with the team a bicycle worth up to 500 euros.
