Bakery Vatter is looking for a branch manager (m/f/d) for Café Burgwedel as a leadership role and point of contact for the branch team. Responsibilities include team leadership, controlling key figures, duty and vacation planning, and ensuring presentation, cleanliness and hygiene. Close cooperation with branch support and administration is part of the role, as is selling bread, rolls and baked goods. Experience in the food craft or retail trade is expected, ideally already as a branch manager, along with scheduling flexibility.
