Artesan Pharma in Lüchow bildet Maschinen- und Anlagenführer aus, die Fertigungsmaschinen und -anlagen einrichten, in Betrieb nehmen und bedienen. Die zweijährige Ausbildung umfasst selbstständiges Rüsten sowie Instandhaltung der Konfektionierung für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf. Am Pharma-Standort Lüchow lernen Azubis technisches Verständnis, Ordnungssinn und Organisation im Produktionsalltag.
